Privacy Policy for AI Calendar 7
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Holait (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use AI Calendar 7, including event planning, voice entry, AI-assisted entry, reminders, widgets, focus sessions, and optional device calendar integration. It also explains the role of Apple and Google services used by the app.
Core event creation does not require a separate Holait account. This policy applies to the AI Calendar 7 app. External services and websites have their own privacy policies.
2. Information processed by the app
- Your planning information: event titles and notes, dates and times, all-day settings, reminder choices, lists, optional owner or assignee names, completion status, archive status, and calendar event identifiers.
- Settings and focus information: preferences, onboarding state, timer state, and completed focus-session timestamps and durations.
- Voice and AI input: text you type or dictate and microphone audio used to transcribe a spoken event. Recognized text is used to prepare event details.
- Optional device calendar information: calendar names and event titles, notes, dates, duration, all-day status, and alarm information when you allow calendar reading. Information from an event you choose to import becomes part of your saved planning data.
- Technical and usage information: advertising and analytics services may process app interactions, ad impressions and taps, identifiers, device and operating-system information, IP addresses, performance information, and crash reports.
- Support communications: information you choose to send when contacting us, such as your message, contact details, and any attachments you provide.
The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, photo library, or precise device location for its planning features. Advertising services may estimate a general location from an IP address.
3. Local storage, iCloud, and widgets
Planning data is stored in the app’s local database. Preferences and focus history are stored on your device. When iCloud and CloudKit are available for the app and your Apple account, saved events and lists may sync through your private iCloud database to your supported devices. Apple processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
The app’s widget extension uses an on-device shared app container to read a limited snapshot of event information, such as identifiers, titles, dates, all-day status, and completion or pin status. Widget actions can update your events through that shared container.
We do not upload your event titles, notes, or lists to a Holait planning server as part of these features. Local data, data stored in iCloud, and information collected by advertising or analytics services are separate categories with different storage and retention arrangements.
4. Voice entry and AI-assisted planning
Voice entry starts when you activate the microphone feature. The app uses Apple’s speech recognition services. It requests on-device recognition when supported by the device and selected language; otherwise, audio may be transmitted to Apple for transcription. Apple’s processing is governed by its privacy policies and your device settings.
The app does not create a permanent audio-recording file for voice entry. Recognized text can be used in the event form or assistant and becomes saved planning information if you save the resulting event.
Dates and times are interpreted locally. When supported and available, enhanced event drafting uses Apple’s on-device Foundation Models. The current app does not send event descriptions to a Holait cloud AI service or to a third-party cloud language-model API for this feature.
We do not intentionally include event titles, notes, calendar contents, or voice transcripts as advertising or analytics event parameters. This does not mean the app has no technical or SDK data collection: advertising, usage analytics, and crash reporting are described below.
See Apple’s speech and dictation privacy information and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. Permissions and optional features
- Microphone and speech recognition: to turn speech into text. You can use typed or manual event entry without these permissions.
- Calendar: reading permission allows the app to display and import device calendar events. Write permission allows dated events to be added to the calendar you select. Read and write access depend on the feature and permissions granted.
- Notifications: to deliver event reminders and focus-timer alerts. Notifications are scheduled locally. Event titles and dates may appear on your Lock Screen, depending on your notification-preview settings.
- iCloud: your device and Apple account settings control whether the app can sync supported planning data.
If you copy an event to a calendar connected to an external account, such as Google Calendar, that calendar provider may receive and sync the copied event under its own privacy policy. Revoking calendar permission stops future access; it does not automatically remove previously imported or copied events.
You can change available permissions in your device’s Settings. Turning off one permission may disable its related feature without preventing manual event creation.
6. Advertising, analytics, and diagnostics
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. The app integrates Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements. The SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location, advertising or app/device identifiers available under device settings, ad impressions and interactions, device information, and diagnostic or performance information. These data may be used to deliver and measure ads, detect fraud, and operate or improve advertising services. Advertising providers may process data across services according to their policies and applicable settings.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. The app integrates Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics for app-usage measurement and reliability. These services may collect app-instance or installation identifiers, session and interaction information, device and app version details, and crash or diagnostic data. Analytics can operate even when no advertisement is shown; stopping ads does not necessarily stop analytics or crash reporting.
Where an advertising identifier is restricted by iOS settings, the app and its SDKs are subject to those system restrictions. You can review available tracking controls in Settings. Restricting tracking does not necessarily remove contextual ads or all technical data collection. The current app does not provide a dedicated in-app switch for Analytics or Crashlytics collection.

7. How information is used and disclosed
We use information to provide planning features, prepare and save events, display widgets, deliver reminders, maintain preferences, respond to support requests, measure usage and advertising, diagnose failures, and protect the service against misuse.
Information may be processed by Apple for iCloud, system calendar services, and speech recognition; by Google for advertisements, usage analytics, and crash reporting; by the calendar-account provider you choose; and by communication providers when you contact us through them.
We do not sell your saved event titles or notes as an independent product. Advertising-related processing by service providers is described above and may have a particular classification under the privacy laws that apply to you. We do not promise that advertising services never share technical data.
We may disclose information available to us when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a lawful request, investigate abuse, or protect rights and safety. A request to us does not give us unrestricted access to planning information stored only on your device or in your private iCloud database.
8. Retention and deletion
Your events and lists remain in the app’s database until you delete them or remove the relevant stored data. Marking an event complete archives it; archiving is not deletion. Deleted records may remain in backups or provider systems for their applicable retention periods.
You can delete active or archived events and lists through the available app controls. If an event was copied to your system calendar, deleting the app’s record does not necessarily delete that calendar copy; manage it in the calendar app. Turning off calendar access does not delete imported information.
Removing the app generally removes its local app container. It does not necessarily remove private iCloud records, device backups, information independently stored by service providers, or previously copied calendar events. Manage iCloud app data and backups using the controls Apple makes available.
Support messages, where retained, are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, operate and secure the service, meet legal requirements, or resolve disputes. Google and Apple control retention for information in their services under their respective policies. We do not set one universal retention period for all these categories.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
You can edit or delete your planning data, change reminder choices, disable notification previews, revoke microphone or calendar permissions, and manage iCloud settings. These choices affect future use; they do not automatically erase information already held by an external service.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have rights concerning advertising-related sharing and to contact a relevant privacy regulator.
Contact us using the details below. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify and respond to a request. Where data stays only on your device or in an Apple-controlled private account, we may need to explain how you can use the available device or provider controls rather than retrieve that data ourselves.
10. Security and international processing
We use the protections provided by the device and operating system for local storage and app separation,. Apple and Google apply their own safeguards to their services. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Apple, Google, and other services you choose may process information in countries other than where you live. Their privacy notices describe their processing locations and transfer safeguards. Avoid including passwords, payment-card information, or other secrets in event notes or support messages.
11. Support and external links
If you contact us by email, we receive the information in that message. If you use the app’s WhatsApp feedback feature when available, the app prepares a message and opens WhatsApp; the message is shared with the recipient if you choose to send it. WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Links in the app or advertisements can open websites and services operated by others. Those services may use cookies, identifiers, or their own analytics. This policy page itself does not embed analytics, advertisements, external fonts, or tracking scripts.
12. Children’s privacy
AI Calendar 7 is not directed to children under 13, or under any higher age threshold that applies in their location. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information through support or other developer-operated channels. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action concerning information within our control.
13. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or our information practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material change.
